Wonderful staff, rooms were great. My family and I stayed in the hotel for five days got two rooms. Breakfast was delicious and such a great service from all employees in the restaurant. The restaurant manager German is such a great person always smiling always helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located within a 40 minute walking distance of the major attractions of Mexico City. The restaurants nearby are delicious, rooms are clean, lobby is pretty. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel manager Mr. German is a very caring and attentive individual. He noticed I had some back pain and having trouble getting to the elevator. He asked if I was ok and helped me get to my room. He always greets me by my name and make my stay feel more quaint. Truly appreciate him and his staff, I recommend this place

Nice hotel, good service, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is a little limited and sometimes slow to refill certain foods and coffee but other than that a recommendation. Location is good.
I booked this room through capital one rewards. It was a great hotel. The front desk folks were great, the restaurant workers were great. I loved their outdoor pool. The views were just okay since there’s a lot of construction nearby. Valet parking is free! The only thing that made me give it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the WiFi didn’t work in our room.
Rooms are not sound proof, so, if you need very quiet atmosphere to sleep, good ear plugs are recommend as the hotel is in a reasonably busy place. It has all standard amenities like gym, wifi, parking, swimming pool, and restaurant and bar. Close to public transportation and restaurants.
Lovely hotel. Not fancy, but clean and architecturally beautiful. Public areas are mid=century modern. Rooms are updated. Small pool on the roof was refreshing.
